This is a family owned business specialising in a relatively new kind of retail - outdoor discount outlets. With Corona virus threatening to close down all retail, I feel like outdoor malls will be the first to open and Tanger will be a beneficiary of it.
The stock is down 75% which is, of course, what sparked my interest. Tanger will not go out of business, the dividend will return, and I'll be holding this REIT with an amazing entry price.
