Being a closed end fund means revenues are dependable and strategies are long term. Given the Corona period we are in - that's just what I'm looking for.

Buying CBRE Clarion Global Real Estate Income Fund (IGR) @$4.89
IGR is a closed end fund REIT managing a mix of residential and commercial properties. A closed end fund means that once the fund is set up, no new money is accepted into the fund. This allows fund managers to plan ahead their purchases without worrying about investors selling out of the fund or new money coming in when valuations in the market are too high (which is usually the case).
