It's a risky play in the short term, but it is a significant strategic play for BAC, so I doubt that deal will fall through entirely, and BAC itself is currently undervalued, and better poised to recover than any other bank right now. I will not mind hold...

Wow, what a ride we are in for the next few months, until this stock stabilizes with a nice profit again. We are out of the woods, and though the day traders will still have their fun, this will turn a nice profit in the next six months to year.
