Hi guys,
I'm looking for a high dividend ETF with the following rules:
Dividend > 9%
Small Cap Index.
Anything in the general field of BioMed's, Early stage pharmaceuticals etc..

In general biotechs and early stage pharma cos. pay little or no dividends even if they generate positive cash flow, earnings ,etc. Most are actually dependent on debt/equity financing to stay afloat and put most of their cash into R&D (or marketing in the case of big pharma!)
Below is a link to all 25 healthcare ETFs on the market, but you won't find any that meet the high dividend you are looking for in the biomed space:

Maybe a closed end fund is more up my ally, turning over holdings and generating monthly payments.
My portfolio Strategy is an average dividend of 10% annually, long term holds and diversified among hot sectors and economies.
I want to take a position in BioMed that can answer those requirements.
