The vice president of operations for Mellanox Technologies Ltd., which designs chips to help network components communicate, sold 21,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Wednesday.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Shai Cohen reported he sold the shares Monday and Wednesday for $16.25 to $16.65 apiece.
