I was hoping to hold out for the end of the week to unload longs here, but the action is murky enough by Tuesday that I am bailing out early.
I like to take as much of July off as possible and rest for the second half. If the trend is one-way action I'll change that plan, but typically I find it the best month to leave it all alone.
I'm net-short now for the rest of today (after introducing a big SDS hedge following the ugly response to cc-report and yesterday's negative action in a lot of leadership growth; like the ones I have been long!).
Anyway, I'll be trading active again by sometime August and then Sept to Jan is my favorite time of year.

Enjoy your time off...I posted a very similar advice in my response to one of the opnoins today...take the beta off....I am not yet going to jump into a hort camp...but we will see how the action goes...If we get another strong 5-10% pullback...quickly, I may even come back and buy some quality stocks...

Agree - I only hope it gets boring so I can not think about returning this month.
Good luck!
