He holds a very small amount of FAZ, but holds alot of Bank shorts. The reason why he cant post here is the fact you cant short sell stocks on MG.

Are you kidding??? He owns Faz on xtrends from $65.00. And he just said recently
that it will go to $150.00. Now that this MG account is down 50% for the year it
suddenly does'nt count after adding to this losing position over 30 times during March. Who posted theses 30 trades??? Atilla has no credibility. None. Either one of you, though
I think you are the same guy. It's obvious.

He(you) only posts his winning trades on xtrends. His(your) losers disappear like faz
from $65.00.

I have to agree %100 with Marcus. He set not sell parameters for Faz as it got annihilated.

So sell the stock, take your loss and move on to predicting the next big bear move.

Because he said it's going to $150.00 by September. He should buy more. He's already
added to this position over 30 times. Why not another 30????? Gambling or trading??

Regardless of the ticker, he was still adding new shorts on banks & brokers on March 10, 11 and 12... you know - the same sector that has bounced 70% since. The fact that he's simply not holding FAZ doesn't mean the "real" performance is any better. He claims to have covered at 670-680 on xTrends (riiiight), but why does MG say he was adding positions on these days?

Because Adam, he is not credible. He's a gambler with his huge drawdowns, looking
for attention getting home runs.

Atilla only post his FAZ buy trade on the MG, does not reflect his micro-management.
If you still believe MG record, click the trading history, the percentage of FAZ is reduced everytime he call a buy or leverage.

Atilla's been shorting financials since March 10th...the worst time to do that. He started buying FAZ at $65 and has been pounding his fist calling for a crash every week since then emphasizing how he stays short financials and CRE. His first target was $150 for FAZ, then later it became $100, then $50 and he even said it would go under $15-$17. THESE ARE THE FACTS. I find his blog humorous. He's led many sheep over a cliff. Now when it's actually a decent time to short financials, he mentions nothing of it...lol

Correction he said it wouldn't go under $15-$17. Anyways, I wonder why his timing was so bad w/ financials

This is getting really funny...I think this should be pretty clear. Atilla is just a guy with a blog and a keyboard...no different that me and you. ...Cmon, he is not god. just some guy pyramiding his volatility picks..he was just very very wrong on shorting financials, and got caught up in his own ego trip. Everyone makes mistakes by picking wrong trades or bad timing. Part of the game. But if you don't know when to cut your losses and admit that something may be wrong with you analysis..than you are an amateur and have a lot to learn...He was clearly wrong, but never admitted ..kept adding and adding to a losing position...decided that FAZ can't go below a certain arbitrary number...if that's the way he manages real money, he may need to get a real job soon.

For those following him and really putting money on his trades....read this twice again.

He's a gambler, not a trader. You don't add to a losing position 30 times (faz) and call
yourself a trader. Enough said. Looks like a good volatile week is upon us. Great for
short term trading. Carry on everyone.

What I never understood about MG is how are majority if these ranked #1 "gurus" posting negative returns YTD. Seems to me like MG is more of a popularity site rather then down to the nitty gritty community advice. I respect comments from Dowjonesdave and V4 but I find it very frustrating when top gurus give bumb advice and load up on shares just to cover there losses. I have done well YTD and I continue to stay at #46

Emantic,

It's all about the community. If you contribute good commentary people will follow you.

I've informed my followers that my MG account is for long term trades only; due to limitations in the software I won't do swing trading here.

I hope people will learn from experience here that its not too hard to have a good run and generate specular returns over a short period from a few good swing trades. But all takes is one mistake to reverse it all.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Asstilla is just another pompous, ego-maniac one-time wonder. The community should get over it.

I wonder how the rank is calculated, by the size of ego and how long one can hold without admitting being wrong?
