I do love discounts! Please, sell on the fear of recessions, and high stock prices, and some decreasing numbers of growth.
If you think about it, Google right now is making 98% of their income from online search advertising (AdSense and AdWords). From everything I've read, they have a team of 10-20 people actually working on the search algorithm. They probably have another few thousand working on sales, placements, M&A, business development, etc. That still leaves SEVERAL THOUSAND HIGHLY MOTIVATED GENIUSES to develop ideas they are not making revenue on yet.
Yeah, I'm definitely buying at a mere 40 times last year's earnings!

I'm with you on that SmartGambler. If you don't already own some Google stocks in your portfolio, now is good time to buy.

I will put it bluntly to the Internet Generation:
Every man must own 10 Google shares.. Can you imagine sitting in your living room in 40 years and saying you didn't buy Google back then?
Google have nailed every product they've launched. Perfect execution every time. They think huge and move fast. Yahoo hasn't been able to complete the Finance design in 6 months!
