It's a risky play in the short term, but it is a significant strategic play for BAC, so I doubt that deal will fall through entirely, and BAC itself is currently undervalued, and better poised to recover than any other bank right now. I will not mind holding their shares a bit, especially not at the current CFC discount!

So what happened here? BAC bought CFC and then what happened to your shares? It still looks like you own CFC on your profile - what gives?

I've heard the rumor that BAC will be buying CFC.. has it been announced.
