Any thouhgts on Cubist Pharmasuiticals (CBST)?

Symbols: NVS, CBST

I have heard of Cubist, that their drug is very effective and orders are piling up..
Cubist Pharmaceuticals market an "antibiotic" mist, that is sprayed into the air in hospitals. This antibiotic is very successful in reducing the amount of infections people catch when visiting hospitals.
It's hard to believe how dangerous simply walking into a hospital is these days. They are living germ beds!
MikeHavRx,
You're the top man on these issues, Do you have an Opinion on CBST?
Thanks

CBST looks like a buy on the recent pullback to mid-teens (15-16) after the spike in early April on rumor that NVS is insterested in acquiring the company for $1.6B. CBST is currently trading at a $1B market cap at 17 bucks with an enterprise value around $900M so at the very least you can expect more rumors to circulate in the future given all the M&A activity in bio-pharma and if an actual deal goes through should be in the mid-20s (24-26).

I don't like the chart for short term long. I'm just giving my opinion by invite. I don't follow the stock and didn't look at anything but the chart.

CBST does not pay dividends. It does not have +ve free cash flow. Therefore, it does not fit into my investing principles. I will pass.
