The rate at which portfolio returns fluctuate compared to the portfolios average returns (Standard Deviation). Volatility is ranked on a relative basis:
Low - Fluctuation is within the bottom 1/3 of Guru volatility scores.
Medium - Fluctuation is between 1/3-2/3 of Guru volatility scores.
High - Fluctuation is within the top 1/3 of Guru volatility scores.
