• November 23rd, 2009

• Members can now trade using 'Stop' and 'Limit' Orders.

  Stop Orders:

  Specify the price that "triggers" your order become a market order and is typically used to limit a loss or protect a profit.

  Limit Orders:

  Buy Limit orders must be filled at your limit price or lower and Sell Limit orders must be filled at your limit price or higher.

  Use our stock screener to find stocks based on Sector, Cap or Key Ratios.

• Guru page updated!

  Guru page now shows recent activity, full portfolio holdings and trading history.

  We also added new statistical data to any member: volatility and correlation with S&P 500.

• Cash positions added

  We've re-done portfolio management tools so that members can now manage cash as well. This means you can add or withdraw cash from your virtual account. Your performance will be calculated including cash positions.

  Please Note: When adding cash.. the cash amount will be credited only on the next trading day. You can not add cash intra-day.

• Changes to ranking system

  Gurus are the top 100 members by number of followers. Non Gurus are ranked according to their monthly average return compared to the S&P500.

• Real time quotes are here!

  You will notice our stock prices are now continuously updating. This is due to our move to a real time data feed. This means your trades will be pending for far less time and the price quotes will be accurate to the minute of purchase. Thanks for your patience.

  Help center is now simplified. All important issues are located in a single page.

• Guru search

  Slight change has been made to the guru search. You can now search gurus by any number of trades.

• Charts

  Member charts can now be viewed over "all available" time frame.

  You can now see your earned dividends history under your transaction history page.

• Aggregate Guru performance

  You can now see your aggregate Guru performance chart in your Home area as well as Portfolio view. This feature is intended to give you a feel of how your Guru choices work against your actual performance.

  We've added intraday charts to the stock pages so you can see stock price movements during the trading day.

  We've added a 'Portfolio' tab to the main chart area on Guru pages. This should give you better perspective on other members strategies including unrealized portfolio gains and the exact holding time of every position. We like it - hope you guys do too.

  We've added up to date market news from all the best providers on the web. You can find relevant news on your home page, the sector pages, and stock pages, and in the brand new News section of MarketGuru.
  News are divided into general market news loaded with all the top stories of the day, and portfolio related news to help you catch up on your reading regarding your pick of stocks.

  We've added "Cash Flow" and "Income Statement" data sheets to the stock pages. Now you can delve even deeper with your stock research.

  We've given the "Gurus" area a complete makeover. Use our new Guru search engine to find members worth following.

• "feed"

  You may now add members to your feed. This means you will get a notification whenever the member you've added posts a new opinion.

• Portfolio

  The portfolio was redesigned. Your watchlist and pending trades have been put into tabs behind the portfolio. The pie chart showing your holdings now also features a breakdown by sectors and market cap.

• Weekly report problem

  Some of you might have recieved a faulty "weekly report" that was sent out yesterday. We're teribly sorry about that, there was a code overlap that we din't catch in time. The problem has been fixed.

• New widgets finally online!

  We've been asked by many of you to provide a way for members to show their portfolio results on their Blogs or pages (in other words, brag..) Please let us know how this is working out.

• Charts have changed

  We're using a slightly different design and color coding has been improved, making it easier to follow your chart compared to other members or indexes.

  
• Search opinions available

  use the main search box to find words or phrases posted in our opinions. Type desired word or phrase and hit "find".

• Trading History

  Added "Trading History" to member pages. This allows you to track each a member's trades over time and learn more about their style of trading, frequency of trades and gains or losses associated with every trade.
  * Gains and losses per trade can only be seen for trades posted after June 10th.

  
• Invite a Friend

  Added "Invite a Friend" option to all opinions. This allows you to invite other MarketGuru members or even non members (just type their e-mail addresses) to join in and discuss.

  
• Track Opinion

  Added "Track Opinion" - whenever a new comment is added to an opinion you are tracking - a notification will be sent.

  
• Social Bookmarking

  Added "Social bookmarking" buttons. Send opinions you like to your favorite social bookmarking site.
