Buying Financials Ahead of the Comprehensive Treasury Plan?

As unstable as the market has been I'm looking at buying financials ahead of tomorrow's news. This could be the boost of confidence people need to get back in. I'm thinking this rally could (hopefully) last a few days at least. Thoughts?
