TMA . . . what the H**L? Can someone explain this too me?

TMA is trading at around 3.09. TMA October options are at .05 per contract=$5 Exercising the options after purchase would proved $69 (excluding transactions costs). How is this possible?? I am fairly new to options so I am confused.
