I am at my core a deep value investor with an eye toward great brands that have been pummelled for whatever reason. Examples: CRI, CQB, MFB, BUD at 45 among others.

I seek out significantly mispriced securities (stocks or bonds) that are trading at discounts to what I believe are their true value, where the businesses themselves are still growing revenues quarter by quarter, year over year. I believe that sales growth and P/S are the two biggest initial indicators of an attractive stock if the sector has been sufficiently sold off.

At times, I will make sector or macro-bet type trades if I can't find what I'm looking for.
