“Using options and insider buying as an indicator for stock buys...„
Just for fun...looking for a correlation between unusually high options activity and stock price movements. To keep it simple I am using Schaeffer's Option numbers for unusually high option volume...focusing on calls since short strategies can be difficult on MG.
Using the following guidelines:
1. Daily Volume Ratio of Aprox. 15 or greater
2. Previous Day Volume of Aprox. 500 or greater.
3. Misc. Options with extremely high Previous Day Volume (Exceeding 10,000 contracts)
